Palouse Spring Light Chasers 2018
The geography of the Palouse offers landscape photographers a multitude of things to capture. The rolling hills, ever-changing skies, and different lighting conditions allow photographers to make art. In addition to the rolling hills, the Palouse also offers photographers the chance to capture barns, rivers, abandoned houses, lone trees, long roads, and a bevy of other subjects. In sum, southeastern Washington and northwestern Idaho, where the Palouse is located, tests photographers’ ability to compose and create images in a dynamic setting. Meanwhile, I lived in Moscow, Idaho, which is in the heart of the Palouse, for a number of years. We’ll make sure that we get you in front of the best subjects during this tour.
We are also extremely pleased to announce that Digital Transitions, the largest seller of Phase One cameras in the world, will be providing 5 Phase One camera systems, along with lenses capable of resolving 100MP sensors, during this photo tour at no extra cost to our tour participants. Digital Transitions, which is well known for its amazing customer service, will also provide technical assistance for a few days, so participants are able to get the most from the Phase One gear on hand. If you have ever been interested in shooting with a Phase One medium-format camera this is a great opportunity to do so.
